>>2857854hires fix is hit or miss and after it you rarely can consider your gens anything but raw. zoom in and most of them still will have broken eyes etc. you should do img2img with Adetailer or tiled diffusion to add more detail and fix bad eyes and other melt on the whole image or parts of it, not to upscale just for upscaling sake. You have more control this way. Like if you'd run this gen through Adetailer with a face or eyes model and 1024*1024 or higher it would fix the melty eyes at least somewhat (it depends on the models and loras how well it fixes shit). you'd still need to do a batch usually cause it rarely comes out great on the first try and play around with settings like denoise strength but it does job well enough, even though it's just a lazy inpainting.

Most of the faces in my gens are shaded, as if the light source was behind or to the side, even if the rest of the body looks as if the lightsource is front-above Very rarely I can get a properly well-lit scene, even if it's set outdoors.
