It's here.
The pointless userscript to strip naked images on Danbooru.
I've asked about the idea a few days ago on /e/, but some anon called me a shill and deleted the thread.
I dunno if it's because I tested the idea in a temp website, or if this is inherently advertising (even though there are no ads anywhere), but anyway, to anyone who cares:

User script: https://greasyfork.org/en/scripts/517222-danbooru-strip
Example of how it works: https://layerbooru.web.app/
>>
>requires account because it's for danbooru
Well, fuck geasy fork

Very fun, works great anon. Thanks
>>
not pointless, this is great. add some kind of social contact or discord at your site and your people will find you. can you do multiple progressive layers? reverse mode to add clothes to these harlots?

Fucking 900 second wait
>>
I installed it, but it's not showing up on booru pages.
>>
>>2917120
Are your extensions in dev mode?
>>
How To Install?
>>
>>2917123
Okay I got it to show up, but now clicking the "strip" button in the thumbnails just makes the full image completely disappear.
>>
>>2917127
Add a userscript manager extension, such as Tampermonkey.
You can manually add the script, or use Greasy Fork to do it for you.

>>2917128
It won't work with videos, but any image format should do fine.
Do you have the link of the post that broke?
>>
>>2917130
No images work.

But it does work... on my machine :)
Maybe it's the browser? Are you using Firefox?
I may have to test that.

Sorry I got this

Works fine on Firefox too. I don't know.
If anyone else has the same problem, can you send me the error message (if any) from the developer tools?
>>
>>2917161
Wait a minute, mine doesn't say "current", all the parent/children posts just say strip.
>>
>>2917161
>>2917162
Works on Chrome for some reason.
>>
>>2917162
>>2917162
The hell?
As long as the HTML/CSS is the same (it should), then it would work.

Do you have any other extension related to Danbooru?
A paid account maybe?
>>
>>2917165
My account is free and I don't have any other danbooru addons. I went ahead and tested every single other browser addon I had to see if they were the cause, turns out your script works if I turn off these 3:
https://addons.mozilla.org/en-GB/firefox/addon/traduzir-paginas-web/
https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/view-image/
https://reek.github.io/anti-adblock-killer/

Any idea why these would cause a conflict?
>>
>>2917170
Wait scratch the second link, that one's fine.
>>
>>2917147
Mobile is kinda of a pain, but it's feasible if like extensions.
Kiwi browser is one of the few apps that support them, additionally Tampermonkey doesn't play well with Kiwi, so you have to get Violentmonkey instead.
It's what I use in my tablet, but I understand not everyone want to go through the hassle, especially since there are browsers like Brave that natively remove ads - the main reason to use extensions anyway.

I Did It With Mozilla Firefox And It Worked But One Issue When I Select Strip On Any Pictures It Turns White
>>
>>2917170
I've installed those extensions, and apparently the first one is indeed screwing with the user script.
I'll look into it, maybe there's a way to make the user script more resilient.
>>
Ok, I've updated the script on Greasy Fork.
For anyone else there's the pastebin: https://pastebin.com/cRjEtCQ9

This hopefully will fix the main use that happened in this thread.

hello
I wanted to do a test, pic rel is the original the one under the strip, is it normal that they are of different aspect ratio despite being the same image? another thing, how to search parent/children images on danbooru? in other booru there is (nude_filter tag) but on danbooru require gold

The canvas keeps the same resolution of the displayed pic, if you expand the picture before clicking on the "strip!" option then the canvas will have the dimensions of the expanded picture.

>how to search parent/children images on danbooru
As far as I know there's no search parameters for that.
Initially I was thinking about creating a whole booru just for convenience, Danbooru's license even allows redistributions.
If it keep a low profile I'd probably be able to include some Patreon rewards without getting a cease and desist. Not sure if this is too much of an overkill for such niche feature.

I was able to but I had to do it in both images, I don't know why

>Initially I was thinking about creating a whole booru
if you make a /e/ booru count on me for minor things (like tagging)
