Is my skin tone cool or warm? Some of the veins look kind of green, but the others feel a bit more blue.
Trying to figure out this whole colour picking thing..

Seems yellowish, you are not pure white european.
Yellow is more on the warm side, cold colors are not what go best with that skin tone.
