What kind of bag do you carry as a man for books, work, or light traveling?

Only the drones work from home, Just ousted yourself as a low level employee. Probably some call center.

there's a lot of imitators but pre-buyout filson in either rugged twill or ballistic nylon can not be beat.
i have a briefcase, a laptop bag, and a few duffels i purchased back in the day, they'll outlive me. for books the briefcase. for work the laptop bag. for light travel the mini duffel is perfect if you're a one bag light traveler such as myself.
if money is no object go vintage filson. there's no substitute.

post buyout stuff is also good but only if its an old design and made in usa on the tags.

> work = briefcase
> gym = gym bag
> weekend trip = weekender bag
> week+ trip = luggage
The only time I use a backpack is when I’m hunting.
