no they're dead. highwaist, straight leg dickie/carhartt type pants have been in fashion for a while, but all the late adopters have come around as well and now 100% of girls wear this type of pants. i have seen literally one girl wear lowrise jeans and it was a black goth girl from the local highschool with her thong pulled up super high.
