Was thinking of getting pic related, I already bought their arism shit but i hate wearing synthetic shit (Crew Neck T-Shirt) (Lambswool Crew Neck Jumper)
>>

The collar's quality could be better but the overall quality of the t shirt is good, personally my favourite one in terms of fit. The synthetic fabric is not there just for convenience but it has a purpose and feels pretty good, doesn't make you sweat like shit, it's quite the opposite actually

The Airsm t shirt definitely feels good to wear and I mainly bought it for the fit but I personally don't like the look of the texture.

I love their oversized fit shirts.
>>
>>18310280
I like the U shirts because they are rather thick and hide my men boobas. Only issue is that they turn to dark grey from black after 3-4 washings.
>>
how about their 100% cashmere?
>>
the u airism tshirt i have feels stiff, i could be using alot of detergent though
>>

I got a cream turtleneck from them I forget if it was cashmere or merino wool and the craftsmanship was alright but the fabric was whisper thin, literally see through. Was like 30 yuros through. Ultimately you get what you pay for with expensive fabrics.

their regular supima tees are higher qual than the uniqlo u ones and a better fit if you're not trying to larp as a gay rapper. more like picrel. slim tees work a lot better for layering or on their own with the baggy trend if you're new to it #1 noob mistake is thinking you're supposed to buy loose fit oversized everything like youre a bay area rapper from 2005. very off trend look.
>>

Definitely feel baggy pants in general look better with skinnier tees or any top clothing, i definitely made that mistake of buying everything baggy before.
>>
>>18312450
baggy baggy can work but you have to get the silhouette just right. slim tee under a looser shirt/jacket always looks good.
>>
>>18311781
I've had their merino crewneck, it was thin as fuck and got holes in it quickly
if you want cashmere or good wool, either go second hand or be prepared to spend hundreds for the good stuff
>>

good points. i feel like with almost any fit you need to have SOMETHING that lets people know youre not fat as shit under your clothes.
>>

The main reason I love fashion is because it makes fats feel bad

cashmere is rated on the diameter of the fiber not the %.
the difference between good cashmere and cheap cashmere is massive. in appearance, how it feels on the skin, and especially in how long it holds up before getting fuzzy and shitty. cheap cashmere sweaters don't hold up but i have nice ones from 20 years ago.

Not worth the price, if you're in europe vinted is flooded with them though so you can get one for 20€ and they're warm and decent for that price.

The merino is paper thin, the basic lambswool is dogshit. Their new "premium" lambswool seems decent though. Almost all of their synthetic blends are dogshit too, I just tolerate the U airism oversized T since the cut is so good.

god tier I love that shit I have all the colours on it.

Uniqlo has good quality control and their 100% cotton garments are great for the price. I got a t-shirt from GU in Tokyo for an insanely low price (maybe like $7) and it even had a bounded collar (generally a feature you get on $30+ t-shirts) and a very flattering cut. I'd honestly recommend GU over Uniqlo because I prefer the cut but I don't know if they offer the same products in your country or if they even operate in your country at all.

I actually like thin merino sweaters since it doesn't get below like -10c where I live and I don't get cold easily. They're far more usable for more of the year (fall/spring)

thin-ness isn't why its cheap. there's high end thin wool/cashmere sweaters too. yarns are far apart, too much tension on them, bad staple length so the shoulders go fuzzy, superwash treated so it loses most of its wool traits, double the fiber diameter of the good stuff so its not particularly soft etc. the nice ones last longer stay looking nice longer and feel better the entire time. u get what u pay for with wool.

uniqlo excels at making polyester and low-grade cotton clothing.
they have very good quality control for the size of their brand and they have good construction on most of their garments. their designs are a step above fast fashion as well. they're really good at making a good garment for a low price point.
but where uniqlo really falls apart is premium materials. a lot of how they meet their price point is because low grade cotton and polyester is very cheap and easy to source globally. when it comes to things like wool, knits, etc they fall short.
their basic shit like the airism tee's and supima tee's are very nice for the price.
