is it possible to evolve out of millennialdom and start looking like an adult? should i buy a shirt? or should i just give up and accept my manchild destiny?

yes, just wear a collared shirt, something other than jeans, and shoes that aren't sneakers or these abominations. that puts you above most millennials stuck dressing like teenagers.

They are just clothes anon, there's nothing in you that forces you to wear manchild clothes

>should i buy a shirt?
Imagine being afraid of wearing a shirt. This is why schools should have uniforms, so that children get used to wearing button up shirts right from childhood. Instead, American/western schools make their students dress like slobs in whatever, in the name of "muh individualism", and then wonder why they dress like manchildren when they grow up. You don't see Japanese, Korean or any Asian men worrying about how to "adult" with their clothes, because button up shirts and dress pants are just regular clothes to them that they've been wearing all their lives.

You can wear the same exact shit but just wear sports jackets over it and wa-la you're an adult.

they are very uncomfortable on the shoulders and the arms though

He was talking about a shirt that fits.

You don't even realise it but to zoomers you already do look like an adult

I'm 38 and I did, but most of my friends didn't and give me shit for it, I've had lots of people (especially girls) tell me that I dress "too old for my age." I wear casual button up/snap shirts, straight cut dark blue jeans, and relatively plain western boots, but apparently anything other than black skinny jeans and a graphic tee is inappropriate for a nearly 40 year old in the minds of most millennials.

I’m 31 and I almost exclusively wear shirts. I know it’s a meme but a OCBD gets you a really long way and some comfy flannel shirts. Just don’t buy the slim fit ones get something that’s actually comfortable and flowy.

You don’t even need to wear collared shirts. Just get longsleeves and sweaters and a rotation of sport jackets and blazers to dress them up.

Well yeah, what else are you going to wear?

does that work if you live somewhere without a real winter? sounds to hot to wear that

This picture has an undertone of sadness to it for some reason
This is proof the gym doesnt make you happy
>>

do you live in the tropics? be more specific than "that sounds hot", what is the climate of your area
>>
>>18316091
it rarely gets below 50F (10ºC) here, and if im on the move i usually don't wear a jacket for anything above 50F (10ºC), maybe a very thin one just to cut the wind.
