>>18357298>>18357299i'm a 37 year old man and i get a shave that clean with an adjustable DE, tallow soap, and some moisturizer after. one pass with the grain on medium attack angle, one two to passes cross grain on full attack angle then finish with one pass against the grain on medium-high angle. took me maybe 6-12 months to get my technique down. now i get baby smooth shaves that last till the next morning before you can feel stubble. buy a few multi packs of blades and find the ones that agree most with your skin its not always the 'best' ones.
the trick for tricky areas like the corners of your jaw is to open/close your mouth, contort your face, or pull the skin so the skin you're shaving is pulled to a flat part of your face/neck. the method is a bit different for everyone else. shaving cream on your mirror glass stops it from fogging so you can see what you're doing.
