just came to post about this recent personal win.ive been having this terrible tenderness/pain around the area of my crown where i am balding. I am maybe like 3 years on fin, and have been sparsely taking 2% ketoconazole shampoo. the keto shampoo helped a little bit, but some pain still persisted and also quickly returned. i have since last week used a zinc pyrthione shampoo and my scalp tenderness/pain is like 97% gone. i am hoping to see hair gains as well but it has only been a week.
