I am 6' at 210lbs, and 34x34 looks great on me. I normally wear a 32 waist, but sizing up gives a little more room in the thighs and the extra in the waist leaves room for a iwb holster. If I'm planning on doing anything particularly active like hiking I'll wear the stretch version though, because the 100% cotton does get uncomfortably tight in the thighs if I get the slightest bit of pump.
