That film rules, the gay guy he deals with has some great fits too. As does the eurotrash rich guy to think of it
>>18366213Where does ann get her drugs from ? Also is the movie realistic ? Its interesting how dea never cracks down on drugs when its old white people selling it
>>18366258Also i never watched the movie. I just read it on wikipedia . I was a hardcore junkie at one point. the steroid dealer at my old gym years ago used to sell coke. Never questioned where it came from when i bought it from him
>>18366258you'd have to ask someone who lived in NYC in the 80s/90s and was into that scene if it was realistic. I don't think the movie was trying to be super realistic, though
>>18366265The drug war is dumbRich people and their kids are always gonna want drugsYoud have to kill the rich to stop the drug war.
>>18366268yeah so do you own a silk scarf?
Drakes do some lovely ones. I may see if I can't find a vintage silk scarf this month as a personal treat for myself...

>>18366258Since she was dealing strictly in pharmaceutics it's probable she had a connect in a pharmaceutical warehouse that would smuggle out what seems non-existant on the scale of the stock of the warehouse but was enough to feed multiple pill dealers. Either that or counterfeit scripts. That's how a few people I used to know in my area did it and it was New York pre surveillance and cleanup stealing was pretty much legal back then
>>18366213Dafoe has such amazing fits in this. There's something about that late 80s/early 90s era where menswear peaked. In the same realm Walken in King of New York and Walken/Dafoe in New Rose Hotel are very well dressed too. The trendy suit cut at the time where the coat is huge next to today's slim cut coat is really great. I guess the same could be said about Kitano's fits in Sonatine but he had Yohji as a fashion consultant for that movie I reckon, it's not the same
>>18369691How they get it now?
>>18369696Oh they still do it like that I assume I just got my life together and don't associate with criminals anymore
>>18368915What's wrong with it?
