Service members used to get great clothes that you could wear for the rest of your life. I served 2016-2020 and everything I got was ugly and mediocre quality. The only good thing is we're done if the cold weather layers. Is there anything current that's nice looking?

No they replaced all the good garments with mass produced “technical” (synthetic) garbage. Honestly, the only thing I can think of that is even remotely better than most market items is the fleece and you’ll get made fun of if you wear that around as a veteran.

I was in 2012-2016 and basically nothing I got issued that I still own is that good
I use the gloves still sometimes and I use the "silk" and "waffle" tops and bottoms when I go innawoods during the winter but otherwise it's all junk

Waffle tops are the only thing I uses each year
