I'm not sure what positive or negative phrasing you're hoping for with "out," but that guy, those pants in the OP picture genuinely looks like everyone I went to school with 30 years ago.Which, to say, he looks comfy and confident. (They aren't TOO baggy. That would just be gangster FUBU black crap.)

On the other hand, people get used to that "oversized" feel; I was always surprised to see tight pants ever really take-off.
