But I wouldn't just get a sandwich, I'd get chips and candy with it too. I realized that I was treating eating the sandwich as a chore I had to do before I could do what I really wanted, which was eat the chips and candy. Then for dinner I'd go to a chinese or mexican food takeout place and get a huge takeaway. I didn't really think about just how unhealthy all this was, even when it clearly was making me sick.
