My free test is naturally low so I take D-Aspartic Acid which has greatly helped like you wouldn't believe and I take BCAAs (including leucine on its own) and these supplements have absolutely helped me grow when my muscle growth was stagnant and I was recovering from liver disease and my muscles literally disintegrated
