Okay quick resume
Im morbidly obese
I have ben triying to lose wheigt since new year im making progres i losted 8kg now wich is slow but ok
The thing is i dont know if i should eat more rice google says that 1kg of rice has 1300 calories i mean i could eat a kg of rice and still lose a lot of wheigt but everyone says that you need to eat less rice why?
I love rice but i have to keep losing wheigt

Rice isn't dense so it's easy to eat; that's why bodybuilders eat a shit ton of rice while bulking.
You need to eat low calorie dense food while intermittent every now and again.

If you want to feel full and eat a lot of something, just eat potatoes. Not fries, I'm talking boiled potatoes. It'll have the effect you're looking for better than rice. Vegetables like broccoli cauliflower carrot are even more filling but I imagine you're after something more substantial. Baked potatoes, anon. Salt them as much as you like but don't cheat by adding a bunch of oil. If you make them too palatable then you won't get what you're after here

When losing weight you want to stay away from rice.

It’s not worth the calories. One cup is about 700 calories. 700 calories of something say strawberries is like 4 pounds of strawberries.
