There's a substance that's similar to steroids that's over the counter, but I forgot the name for it. Can y'all help me out?

No, it's less gay

yeah prob turkesterone or ecdysterone

quinoa and spinich both have quite alot of ecdysterone

unless u mean herbals like tongkat ali / fadogia agrestis

lol dont think sarms are over the counter in most places

>ecdysterone
shilled possible estrogen supp with limited evidence; not related here but it's a moulting/shedding hormone for crabs/bugs and I just think it's cool
>turkesterone
the same, though interestingly it's naturally occurring in breadwheat. I guess breadchads stay winning or something I don't know what the kids say these days

Organic Eggs in high doses (min 12/day).

You can thank me later.

Healthiest option.

Eggs in excess. Recent research claims they block myostatin if you eat enough but idk if it's true.

Prog is a bit of a gamble; it floods your receptors with a less active oestrogen which, in turn, tells your brain you have literally no t. So your brain fires off as much as it can telling your balls to kick into gear and produce more t. I took it for a month 5 months ago and it raised my baseline t by 200 ng/dl. Risk factor is some people will take to the oestrogen a bit too well and can start developing breast buds. If you do take it you should stop the moment you feel any discomfort around/under your nipples

I think you're thinking of SARMs but I wouldn't fuck with em
Get free real steroids from some tranny rights group by claiming FtM
it's what Gigachad would do

It’s DHEA if OP is still here. Only came here because I liked your OP image this morning and saw the thread again and now actually read your post realized no one answered. I have never used it but I’ve been tempted.
I’ve taken test in TRT dosages for 8 months and I doubt it would feel the same. I think I read it can accelerate any hair loss you already have. Pretty sure elderly like it because they actually feel a benefit but most young people don’t feel or notice shit aside from placebo.
