I started a body recomposition intermittent fasting. I eat 2500 calories maintenance for about 35 days. At first I didnt see any changes but now I have noticed despite being the same weight, my body has changed the ratio of fat and muscle on my body a bit. I technically didnt gain weight but I do feel like I gained muscle against the fat I had.

Anybody else have this experience? I hope it isnt placebo though.

in 35 days likely its just you feeling better and maybe your muscles "hardening" up a bit. not technically a placebo if your lifts are going up.

also yes, everyone who has done any form of body recomp has experience with this
