how to achieve pic related physique? i have the same height as the guy (190cm). he’s obviously got great genetics but the physique should be achieveable with low fat (sub 50g), high protein intake and maintenance cals right?

Unless youve got appropriate face to pull that you wont look good or feel good. Now it doesnt mean you need model tier face but not all phenotypes are build for this.
