are weighted gym bags a good exercise tool? it looks like a meme tool for crossfit or some shit, but it awakens some primal rage in me to swing it around, i would like some day to beat all the thots and minorities out of the gym with it, do you like this tool and how do you use it?

I love picking up and shouldering sand bags. Those lighter bags seem more like a crossfit meme

lighter bags don't do much but start carrying 100+ bags over the shoulder and walking with them and you'll feel it. I've never had to wait for one except when the mobility chuds start stretching in the turf where people drag sleds
