>>74114335There's this guy in my gym who only does like 1/10 ROM on each exercise, like he'll legitimately go down only 3-4 inches down while doing curls, any pressing movement or even goblet squats.And never reracks weights.And the funny part is he is actually buff/'built. I don't even know how.
