Did some weighted dips and some ring dips and now i have sore lats.
How does this happen
>>
>>74114535
You did them wrong.
>>
>>74114535
That nigga is like 5'5
>>
>>74114889
post your +170kg dips (you won't)
>>
he is 5'7
>>
>>74114535
Because dips involve your lats in some way? So many on this board talk about exercises like each one only works one muscle group. Your muscles work together on compound movements.

overcompensating
>>

>>74115185
>gets mogged by a 5'5 russian manlet
>>
>>74114535
that's fine you have to tense your lats and rear delts to keep good form
>>
>>74114535
Are you sure its not the serratus sored?
>>
>>74114535
Bodyweight exercises are full body movements as nature intended
>>
>>74115240
>5'5
>mogging
lol
>>
>>74114535
maybe you're super dyel?
I know your lats depress the shoulders
>>
I also do weighted pull ups, so i doubt that my lats are so weak to be sore after weighted dips
>>
>>74115445
he is crazy strong , no matter the height not many can dip 170 kg and pull up 90 kg
>>
>>74115445
He is 5'8
>>
>>74115783
yeah his 3" ROM and whole body swing on the "dip" is crazy impressive
>>
>>74114535
Because ring dips and weighted dips recruit the lats as they adduct the humerus
>>
>>74114535
tore my rotator cuff with dips
really liked dips before...
>>
>>74114535
I got costochondritis from dips and can't do them anymore
>>
>>74115300
definitely not the serratus
>>
>>74116263
Did you ego lift? How did you recover?
>>
>>74114535
You have to be incredibly careful doing weighted dips. I'm personally not a fan of weighted dips.
>>
>>74115847
Post your 170kg dip.
>>
This guy cut a big hole into his floor just to do ring dips.

>>
>>74115783
still can't cure his height deficiency
>>
>>74115829
>he is 5'8 (he said so, but actually he's 5'5)
fixed that for you
>>
>>74114535
Dips work the lats.
>>
>>74115783
He's not winning any competitions with that dogshit form lmao.
>>
>>74114535
>roiding for this
>>
>>74114535
Probably confusing your serratus with your lats.
>>
>>74115783
>he is crazy strong
overcompensating
>>
>>74114535
That guy's basically a midget.
