Fat solubility is the reason it's dangerous, you don't piss it out. Taking 50,000 IU for a short while probably won't do anything but I fell for the meme and took it for maybe 3 months. I had to stop because of symptoms of hypercalcemia, I literally put myself in the hospital. Be careful with this shit bros.

Extra won't hurt as long as you do it right.
50,000 is what I took, important to take vitamin k, vitamin D does not fully control where the calcium in your body ends up. That’s where vitamin K steps in, it stops the calcium from staying your bloodstream and sends it to the Bones and muscles. Vitamin D can also deplete potassium so take that too, the magnesium is need to activate Vitamin D, Zinc also helps activation.
