Question, does this sound like a good regimen? Mon-Thurs eating (right now I'm going to try to make myself eat 1500), lifting (and a bit of cardio) most likely Mon-Wed-Fri, and water fasting Fri-Sun? I can't think properly while fasting. I had to break my 5 days fast because my brain needs fucking glucose, I guess. I seriously don't understand how people can live and function normally during fast because I personally got serious brain fog, even with electrolytes. I've been doing extended fasts casually for a couple years but just recently started doing it on a regular basis for weight loss. I'm down 18 lbs since I started doing this regularly, which was mid February. I worked up from 2 day fasts once a week to now 3.5 days on, 3.5 days off. This week my fast lasted 90 hours and I broke it yesterday. I'm considering making the jump to 5 days next time because it doesn't seem to get any more difficult once you get past 2 days.

I am back to fasting after 4 years and gaining 14kg back going nilly willy in 3 years.4 Years ago I went from 120kg to 78kg, last week got to 94kg and felt a fat fuck. (90kg is the fat for my height). Did a 60h fat this weekend and yesterday I ate normal but got back into it again.I want to go back to 80kg, lads, you know, I know, it is easier to lose weight than to gain, so lets do it.Today I was back into 90kg, even when I ate a lot yesterday.

Failed out of my 100 hour fast after 28 hours. Don't know what came over me, I just didn't feel good (jittery from caffeine) and wanted to eat something. The meal was a letdown too. Starting again.

I think one long term benefit of doing multiple long-term fasts is that it helps you appreciate the feeling of an empty stomach instead of worrying about it. What used to feel "normal" now feels "bloated" and this really helps with portion control.

1000 hours seems a lot more manageable in my mind than 40 days
My goal for this week is have my weight drop below 230 lbs. Low last week was 232.5, high yesterday was 246, this morning 243. I hate water weight, but I should eat salad on refeed days instead of random junk. Feel kinda like shit today, pretty hungry and have a headache already.

Fast longer between feeding if your weight loss is not fast enough. Cut back to regular OMAD if you think it is too fast. Always handy to have electrolyte water (snake juice) when you go more than 24hrs. I get headaches if I don't keep my electrolytes up
