Is high intensity cardio enough?
I’ve been lurking long enough to know that compounds aren’t enough for abs, but I don’t like isolating abs either.
I do like hiking and hill sprints tho, it’s what I do for legs, so will that also take care of abs?

Do hanging leg raises with ankle weight for sets of, say, 12, 14, 16, 18, and 20 at a ~20rm weight. Then follow it up with ab wheel work. This is truly, actually, all you need (with a reasonably low bodyfat percentage) to have very visible abs. Do it once a week or so while keeping the focus on your actual workouts. Compound lifts and cardio will help substantially enough, but they are important for entirely different reasons and you should be doing them regardless.

if u don't want to train abs then u need to max out all kinds of cardio. sprints are good, add burpees etc, long-jump esque plyometrics, etc. Also farmers walks etc...
>>
No? Are you so lazy that you can't even do a few sets of the ab wheel and hanging leg raises?
