I'm not pro but look up and tweak the recipe of:

>sear then kikkoman skip garlic and ginger for quick steak chicken or shrimp butter at the end

I'm not that great at gook food desu just giving you some recipes I'm too lazy to explain how to do because I figured out all the little tricks myself. Oh yeah benihana steak sauce aka onion ginger onions sesame oil them add beef deglaze or beef stock and sesame seeds and that's what's make it worth it to fuckin cube up a filet like a savage.
