Yes and No. My GF went from around 190lbs to around 145lbs. She didn't exercise at that time and it was lost mostly through an eating disorder, so I wouldn't call that healthy. She's gotten interested in fitness now, but still eats unhealthy and doesn't get enough protein. All she cares about is losing stomach fat and getting a bigger butt. But she's young so I understand she needs time to decide to fully invest into fitness.She was really cute at 190lbs and she's really hot now. In clothes, she's an solid 9, and clothes off she's getting better and better as her skin is tightening and she's filling out in the right places. She was definitely designed for a skinny body and this is coming from a self-professed architect.
