I have 9 days left to lose 3kg to make weight for a fight, weigh ins are on the day so being crazy dehydrated isn't an option. Currently I'm planning to keep on having -1000ish calories a day, run 2.4km or 5km a day depending, and go to the sauna the morning of the match. Any other advice? It's all appreciated

cut out all carbohydrates and sugars.
Should be pretty easy if you just fast. Don't refeed until after the weigh-in. All other methods will probably lead to failure.
