How do you make canned spinach not taste weird?
Fresh spinach is fucking delicious no matter how you prep it. But it costs more than diamonds do by weight.
How to cope with being a foorpag¿
>>
lol why are faggots so obsessed with hurting other people?

Just move away from the city, then you wont have to worry about fighting brownoids.

>>

Grow your own spinach. It's the easiest thing to grow.

Eat frozen spinach
>>
>>74230257
Best way to eat this is by feeding it to a chicken or a pig then eating that animal.
>>
>>74230257
grow it in your garden.
or if you don't have one, use a hydroponic tower next to a sunny window.

>What kind of force is required to grip someone's arm so hard you break it?
It's impossible.

Impossible irl but you could directly train your strength directly in forearm suplination and potentially sprain someone's wrist by twisting it
>>

Hydroponics is terrible. The difference with soil grown is like you're eating cardboard.

>What kind of force is required to grip someone's arm so hard you break it?
well that depends, are we going off of the pure compressive force needed to break a bone, or are we twisting with our grip at all?
>>

Popeye's moving crazy
>>
>>74230257
you don't need much strenght to do that, just train a martial art with joint techniques and use your opponent's momentum against him

This is a great question, furthermore, are we twisting our grip purely shear, or do we have two hands on the person's arm so that we can apply a tensile load as well?
>>
>>74230257
There are various martial arts movements and locks that allow you to do this, but in terms of raw grip strength with no technique it would probably be equivalent to a gorilla's grip strength. If it's a twisting motion you could break the wrist joint.
>>
>>74234909
good point, Id simply assumed this was a onehanded grab
well OP? which is it?
>>
>>74230257
Isn't spinach on of these faggot vegetables that devoid you of vitamins and minerals because your body has to put more into digesting it than what your body gets out of it?
