What exercises do you recommend.

very limited scope
realistically thr only thi gs you could do are variationa of curls and side raises, you could do goblet squats and weighted calf raises. you will however suffer from underdeveloped lats, chest and tris as well as other critical muscles as you are only working calves/biceps and shoulders/legs (a bit). try to add a bodyweight routine to that.

Push-ups
Pike Push-ups
Superman's
Bodyweight squats
8kg deadlifts
1 arm dumbbell press
1 arm dumbbell row
Sit-ups
Crunches

- Hammer Curls
- Wrist Curls
- Skull Crusher
- Side/Scaption Raise
- Floor Chest Fly
- Bent-over Rows
- Shoulder Shrugs
- Leg Lunges
- Side Bends
- Planks
- Crunches
You should be hitting every important muscle with this routine using only dumbbells, and it's not hard for a beginner.
