I’ve only got one 8 kilo dumbell.What exercises do you recommend.I’m a beginner btw.for shoulder and back and arms
>>74230859very limited scoperealistically thr only thi gs you could do are variationa of curls and side raises, you could do goblet squats and weighted calf raises. you will however suffer from underdeveloped lats, chest and tris as well as other critical muscles as you are only working calves/biceps and shoulders/legs (a bit). try to add a bodyweight routine to that.
