Whey protein powder is essentially just the excess whey that's been dried and bagged as a supplement since in contains protein from the milk.Calling it a waste of money is silly. You could buy a bag of flour and some yeast and make 10 loaves of bread for the price of one shitty premade loaf. You could buy some raw milk and make your own cheese and make whey in the process.
