He doesn't really advocate for anything uncommon
Alternating lifts for variety
Compound + an accessory for every head of a muscle you want to grow not nesscerily every head in the same session
3-5 minutes rest for compounds
2-3 for accessories
Antagonist supersets for accessories because they take too long otherwise

That's about it it's pretty topical and just supposed to be generalized information for I people who I guess fail at the basics.
It's still not a great replacement for an LP program if you're starting but it's informative of what an average day should look like on most splits or fullbodies.

I prefer more vlogging style fitness youtubers since the hobby isn't very complicated so all of the advice ones just cycle through the same few videos each year. Following someone's journey and listening to them ramble is a lot more interesting to me.

pic unrelated I hate the sound effects she adds and I think her quirkiness is annoying
