I've been in a slump for the past year or so, and I'm just now getting back to trying to improve myself. Seeing as it's about the halfway point of the year, this will be my mid-year resolution. I encourage other /fit/izens to join, and get our lives back on track.Even though I'd been consistent with the gym during most of this time, the last month I've been slacking, so I'll ensure I go to the gym every day, starting yesterday.Additionally, I aim to simply spend more time out and about instead of in my room; I will study at cafes or restaurants, and I will go out at least one night a week, whether just roaming about the city or doing something "fun".I also must be more social, and more talkative, in particular talking to new/random women in order to kill my approach anxiety.I will post updates here about how I am going with this in order to stay accountable. No more being a depressed loser. LET'S FUCKING GO!
