Early morning or late workout and why
>>
>>74608966
Ideally both.
Due to where I live now and my schedule, I can't do it at the moment, but I used to go twice a day, and switch between various different gyms which were all close to where I live. That way, I could maximize both gains and the number of girls I could hit on without anyone catching on.

mid morning/early afternoon because it's nice and empty
>>
I’ve come to hate the idea of lifting a barbell in the evening, I just hate it, and I feel too tired by the end of the day to want to. I can do stuff like dumbbells or cardio stuff tho. Morning for me if I can.
>>
3AM, so you can get both the pros of early morning and late night workouts

Why
Because I have all day to eat prior and after I can eat my biggest meal
