Depends on a lot of factors, most importantly your weight, joint health, distance, frequency and speed.
>>74609046Change it up. Just like other training. I do 2 short runs a day where I can work on pace experiment with form a little 3 or 4 days a week. Then an endurance run and couple days of total rest. Endurance tends to not fall off as quickly but it's boring to train in unless you have particularly riveting podcast that you're backlogged on.

Cardio is highly dependent on your body weight. I couch potato 140lb guy is going to be faster than a 300lb roided out powerlifter even if the powerlifter runs 50 miles per week.
