My numbers are improving but I don't feel like I'm getting better, I'm just enduring the pain more.

It's still just as tiring as when I first started in Jan
>>
Depends on a lot of factors, most importantly your weight, joint health, distance, frequency and speed.
>>

Change it up. Just like other training. I do 2 short runs a day where I can work on pace experiment with form a little 3 or 4 days a week. Then an endurance run and couple days of total rest. Endurance tends to not fall off as quickly but it's boring to train in unless you have particularly riveting podcast that you're backlogged on.
>>
Try to eat a big plate of pasta an hour before you run

>My numbers are improving

If your numbers are improving, you are also running at a faster pace, making it seem just as hard as when you started; run at the pace you did when you first started to run, you'll see how easy it is.

an hour? I would say at least 3+ hours before and maybe some lighter white bread or fruit just before.
>>
>>74609046
I had this same problem where everyone just sucked although I was running faster and longer. Turns out I wasn't eating enough calories. Once I increased my calories it got better.

God damn it, I meant every run.

it is already explained:

are u maybe just as retarded?

besides, where is ur runner's high?

did u know that roonin is awful for adults? because they don't weigh as little as kid anymore?

adults walk and no 15+ kilos over your optimal bmi is not muscle
>some of it is
some, very little
>but i've castrated myself with ***ish oil up buttcheek and i have muskiels noe, surely
watery bloat, fatsoes and roidoots always think they are bigger than they really are lol

i've put 6kgs or so on my frame since last year because i decided to invent my own method and movements (basically doing exact opposite of what is shilled here, seriously most of the time it's exactly the opposite) and i have not met yet human not startled at my sight

but i am 6 kgs above my "starting" weight and i can feel it, i am not feather anymore, no i didn't get fat, that's why people are startled, it's calves, delts, trike, cep (&brachialis), abs and upper pecs - that's all i am trying to grow atm with isolations of my invention and method of my making, the rest is postural work

if u want cardio - walk
if u want runner's high - seek help, because u r an junkie

Nice skitzopost, anon.
>>

>walking = cardio
Im sorry anon, but Im not American
>>
Cardio is highly dependent on your body weight. I couch potato 140lb guy is going to be faster than a 300lb roided out powerlifter even if the powerlifter runs 50 miles per week.

Spaghettimaxx the night before. Have a reasonably sized coffee, a lil oatmeal, and a piece of fruit the morning of the run. Poop and go.

Learning this the hard way. I want to wrestle at heavyweight but holy shit it's so hard to be in shape even if you're strong enough.

But it has to do with your heart health…it’s in the name

Running is a gauntlet in the sense that people quickly get filtered by natural ability.
If you're not good at it then you're not good at it. Just accept that easy improvements won't come to you. Take it easy and you will still get benefits from putting in the work.

What is this chart showing, mile run times?
>>
>>74612735
This is a 5k?
>>
>>74612746
5k I assume
>>
>>74612748
>>74612752
14 min 5k is impossible. The best runners have a 6 min mile
>>
>>74612752
>>74612748
jeez I'm only like 70th on a good day. that sucks. (I'm 235lb)
>>
>>74612735
holy shit i'm in the 30th percentile
>>
>>74612759
ever hear of Roger Bannister?
>>
>>74612759
W*men haven't run 14:00 in the 5k (not even on the track in modern shoes, kek), but it was done in 1942
>>
>>74612748
>>74612752
When you run this shit, is it on a mostly flat surface? my time usually sucks because I'm literally running uphill in the second half usually because the path is climbing.. I run miles usually 4-5 time a week.
>>
>>74612785
run 5 miles*
>>
>>74612759
14 is impossible for women.
>>
>>74612785
Yeah if you want to be autistic about the comparison just run on a track.
