The thing is, you most likely don't have anything else in your life that makes you feel good.
If food is the only thing that gives you this experience, of course you are going to pig out.
Try becoming a whole ass human being with shit going on that fulfills him. Make some friends and create memories. The void inside you will become smaller and you won't have to fill it with food anymore.
