Yeah I get it even reducing too fast. I've had to drink coffee in the middle of the night just to get a few hours' sleep.

You gotta wean slow. Melatonin like an hour before bed helps. Nicotine pouches help. Trying to quit those, I use very little. But I think coffee has to go first.

I had one big, strong cuppa at 7am.

I'm almost at the point where I could skip it.

Gotta make it a smaller cup first. I should be able to pull that off tomorrow.

(I will not do this. I am addicted and need 2 cups/day not to be depressed. I regret that it is too late for a cuppa now. I will have a lunch cuppa tomorrow and never reduce again.)
