Am I expected to workout when I feel tired due to poor sleep or do I take the day off and get back to it when I’m better rested?
if you can't consistently get at least 6 hours of sleep your time in the gym will be for little more than burning calories; you will not make strength/conditioning progress. Sleep is huge, it's absolutely on the list of things people do not get enough of.
go walk in nature half naked and bask in the glory of the sun

>>74610637Depends how bad your sleep was. I got like 5 hours of sleep the other night, which left me pretty fatigued, but I still hit a good back workout. I was slightly weaker than usual and took longer rests between sets but otherwise it went great. If it was leg day I would've stayed the fuck home, though.
