What kind of exercise bike would you recommend if I want to do mainly LISS cardio at home? Is a bike like pic related comfortable for long sessions or should I choose a n exercise bike for professional cyclists which has more options for adjustments?
of course
>>74611097stationary biking is my preferred cardio and my gym has bikes like in your pic related. honestly it's fine enough, but I do wish it had more adjustments like the spin bikes. the main reason I continue to use the electric stationary bike is it's much easier to track your progress because the resistance settings are all digital. it also depends on how well you can "get into" grinding out a gnarly sesh on a bike. I blast techno and nearly get into a trance which allows me to bike hard for 50+ minutes. If you require a bit more of an engaging workout, look into a peloton bike.
>>74611097get a recumbent bike/ergometeryou need to be able to see how much cadence and watt you do
>>74611143Any foldable variants out there?
>>74611301probably, im unsure because i use a full size one in my gym
Whatever bike you use, make sure the seat is a nice squishy soft padding. Cyclists often end up with ED because their PC muscle is constantly being crushed with their bike seat
