work on cardio. doesnt matter tho as this type of tiredness is 100% mental.

well ideally if you wanted to get better at that specifically, then you would just carry a BAR with 260 rounds of ammo through mountainous terrain. if you don't have a BAR with 260 rounds of ammo, the next best thing is probably zercher carrying a log or a small stone up a mountain.
