Creamy tasting and bulks up the heavily seasoned fatty acidic beano grain sludge very nicely. A slice of lemon and wala!

How do you get your protein, bros? Presumably not from any sissy carnivore diet.

i get most of my protein from milk and milk products

I switched to vegan protein shakes a while ago, and feel much better. No war crime tier farts and clearer skin. The amino acid profiles on quality vegan blends are pretty good, but should I be supplementing with a few extreme grams of protein/day to make up for decreased bioavailability or is that a meme?

Legumes are generally high in lysine but low in methionine. Grains are generally high in methionine but low in lysine. Protein isolates, tofu and onions milk have good protein bioavailability but wholefood plant proteins can be like 10-20% less bioavailable. Onions has a higher lysine and leucine content than other legumes.

Good info thanks. Most of my protein comes from meat, I just can’t do the whey shakes anymore. Regular dairy doesn’t bother me at all either, but whey just messes me up.

Go on…
