Today was my last day of being a fatass. July 1 my life as a fatty is over and my diet/exercise routine begins. For even more motivation, I ate the most disgusting thing I could think of today as my “death row final meal”. 6 whoppers. I almost puked after the 4th. As a former fatty here are my tips:- Buy a food scale, track every last crumb of food like an autist- Be consistent, even if you HAVE to cheat for whatever reason, make sure its within calorie limits. If not, fast the next day, weekly intake is more important than daily- Platues do happen, but keep it up and you'll push through it- OMAD/IF can help a lot with hunger management - Find a different outlet for your cope/boredom other than food- Especially as a fatty, walking > running- Don't rush, eat 500-1000 below TDEE depending on weight and how fast you want to lose- Start weightlifting eventually, or you will probably still hate your body by the time you reach your goal

Leads to a large build up of emotions and motivation that crashes later once the motivation is gone and everything sucks and is hard without immediate gratification. I encourage you to humble yourself by not allowing yourself to build up emotional states like this and instead just get used to the monotony and routine of living a healthier lifestyle every day without making a movie out of it in your head by slowly making changes that you will stick with forever. The path you're on right now, even if you did become lean, you'd probably lose motivation once you got there and then get fat again

Jump rope and intermittent fasting. It’s not easy but it is simple and it works like a charm. After a few months, add in some carbohydrate restriction and some walking. Do this and after a year you’ll be fit as hell.
