>Got back from gym
>90 degrees in the house because AC is broken
>Jack off in bathroom to get rid of my l-citrulline/yohimbine pump
>Pouring sweat after I'm done, sweatiest I've been in months

Does this count as good cardio?

this shit can build up enough in a single year to raise house temps by 5-15F if you live in a windy area. Will cause it to be cutting off for seemingly no reason but it's because the condensate lines are freezing up since it can't move heat properly. should notice a nonsense rise in humidity as well

The motor went bad, we're waiting on a new one. The whole unit is like 35 years old and came with the house and is held together with shoestrings and duct tape because it'd be a massive undertaking to replace it.
