One hand Tricep Pushdown without any attachements, just grab the rope/ball.

Implement doesn't really matter, do these with a barbell, dumbbell, cables, kettlebell, cat, idk.

Upright rows, if your shoulders can take it. Try not to stay internally rotated. Hits the traps AND the rear & lateral delts, great value exercise.

Overhead extensions.

any curl with a stretch at the bottom, just be careful of tears. harder to do with a barbell, you need to stretch
