PRT anxiety. Help!!

Haven't taken a PRT in three years due to a crazy deployment schedule, and to be quite honest, I haven't been working out like I should. Put on 5 pounds since my weigh in for the last one. Weighed in for this one at 6'0'', 174.

Ran a mock today and did 65 pushups, a 2 minute plank and an 11:30 run. Male, 20-24 age bracket. I guess I'm just worried about my body freezing up on game day.

For those of you unacquainted, I need to score “probationary” in each of the categories or above to pass.

Advice?
