I know my form and flexibility is really poor right now, because I didn’t work on it for many years actually. But I’m wanting to get my flexibility and fitness back in order. I’m lacking in all areas of this, but for now I’m starting with seeking advice on stretches to improve my bridge form. Is there any specific stretches that will help with this? In the pic, that’s as far up as I can arch, my back is where I’m having trouble, my arms too. Those are my weak points (back inflexible, arms weak). Constructive criticism welcome, with advice on how to fix it.

Do the wall walk trying to reach the posture, your arm position is trash, way too far out.

Listen here little baby. You're gonna get a lot of hurtful and degrading comments, but that ain't what I'm about. Let me just say, you are perfect the way you are. You hear me sugar? PERFECT. Don't ever change. You deserve anything and everything you want. Stay safe for me, baby girl.

ok, finally something I am expert on. Currently your shoulders are noth having enough flexion and thorasic spine has almost no extension. Stretches for the front part of th body yes (stretching your chest and abs and relasing your lats, but what is more important you need to strengthen your spine extensors and shoulders. When atemptingh the Wheel or bridge elevate your legs on to the couch or some surface, bringing th feet up lessens th load on the lumbar and increases th loa on thracis and shoulders. On youtube look for exercis named wall angels, cuban press, table tops. These will all help.
