I started going to submission grappling classes at a mma gym.

How do you training for grappling outside of classes?
I am planning on building a home gym after iI move house but I got no idea past doing burpees and frog jumps,

Bane's workout
Should be used as supplementary to your boxing & grappling training. If you do have boxing/grappling sessions, all the "2-3 sets" should just be "2 sets". But if you just want the people-tossing-strength and look, or if you feel 2 sets ain't enough, then do 3
Monday
- Super set low bar ATG squats 2x4-7 and neck curls & extensions 2x13-19
- Super set clean and push press or snatch 2-3x5-8 and preacher curls 2-3x7-12
- Super set bodyweight chest dips and bodyweight pull-ups, both 2xAMRAP (both min=5 reps or use assistance)
- Super set rope sled pulls and sled backwards walk, both 2-3xAMRAP (to cover grass carpet)
- Super set med ball slams 2-3xAMRAP and face pulls 2-3x10-15
- Super set single-leg roman chair back extension 2x10-17 and wrist curls & reverse curls 2x10-15
Wednesday
- Super set zombie or bodybuilding style ATG front squat 2x5-8 and neck left & right flexion 2x13-19
- Super set incline bench 2-3x4-7 and Woolam-style cheat rows 2-3x4-7
- Super set dumbbell pullovers 2x7-10 and incline curls 2x7-12
- Super set one-arm dumbbell hang clean high pulls 2-3x6-10 and Zercher carry 2-3xAMRAP (to cover grass carpet)
- Super set decline sit-ups 2-3x10-15 and one-arm dumbbell french press 2-3x7-12
- Super set kettlebell swing 2xAMRAP and captain-of-crushes and silicon band finger extensions 2x10-15
Friday
- Super set one-leg dumbbell loaded box jump 2x3-5 and neck left & right rotations 2x13-19
- Super set Larsen AD press 2-3x7-12 and chin ups or neutral grip lat pulldowns 2-3x7-12
- Super set sled push 2-3x2-round-trip-on-grass-carpet and dual rope cable triceps pushdown 2-3x7-12
- Super set DB Lu raises followed immediately by lateral raises 2-3x10-15(total reps) and DB pinwheel curls 2-3x7-12
- Super set Burpees 2xAMRAP-in-1-to-2-minutes and heels-elevated bodyweight standing tibs raises 2xAMRAP (do one leg followed by the other, followed by both)
- Super set single-leg roman chair back extension 2x10-17 and hanging oblique raises 2xAMRAP

It's best to stick to compounds since it's the best bang for your buck, then some assistance where you feel you need it. Having a mat at home is useful for practicing some movements, I wish I had space for one.
