What are the vegetarian foods with highest protein?I'm a vegetarian since 2021 at this point, 22y 185cm, 84kg, bulky but not fat.I'm at a maintenance of 2700 kcal but I need an heavy cut during July cause summer, how can I maintain 160g of protein at around 2000-1800 kcal?I don't usually have protein powder, is it really necessary?

>>74615246Yeah maybe I shouldn't be an idiot and describe what I already eat, usually it goes like this:- breakfast (post - workout)~140g onions beans then 250g 0% greek yogurt, 1 banana and 50g of oats- lunch~ 50g basmati rice with 4 scrambled eggs and 60g seitan and 1 apple- dinner~200g egg white, 250g tofu, 60g seitan, 1 onion, 1 carrot and some garlicThis is around 2000 kcal and 160g of protein, but it's fucking expensive and tofu is hard to make good (this is my prepped meal, when I have time I make soup and that's completely another story...).I would also like to eat more cheese (I love feta), should I just cut out the rice?
