>>74615414none of your fucking business, you nosy cunt
>>74615414idk who Yiu are so idk how long they sleep
>>74615425TELL MEEEEEEEEE
I usually just sleep at like 11pm or 12am and wake up naturally with sunlight so sometimes I get up at 6:30, sometimes 7. Usually sleep 6.5 hours to 7.5 hours. So I guess 7ish on average.
>>74615519Pretty much this. If I haven't gotten enough during the week on a weekend I might get 8 or 9.
>>74615519It sounds like me.

I usually sleep for about 4 hours until some time between 3 and 4 in the morning, then I literally do pic related and lie there in the dark awake staring at the ceiling contemplating how I’ve ruined my life and what a worthless pathetic failure I am. I do that for anywhere between 30-60 minutes unable to ge t back to sleep, then I probably get around another two hours of sleep. This happens like 3-4 times a week
>>746154148-9h. I need 9h to feel well rested, 8h is ok. Under 8h I feel very bad for the entire day although I can power through.
>>746154144, 8, 12.. whatever it freaking takes!
Usually 8 hours. Sometimes more on the weekends but 9 at best. Only time I had trouble sleeping was the first week I got tinnitus. I probably slept like 2 hours in 7 days. I was seriously considering suicide, but then I just forgot about it, now I barely feel it.
>>74615414If I'm lucky 6-7. If not, 4-5. Wish I could get 8 every night. Can't remember the last time I had 8. Not getting enough sleep really fucks with recovery.

>>74615414Always slept around 7-8 until recently, now I wake up around 4:45 after 4 hours sleep and am completely unable to get back to sleep. 4:45 is also sunrise where I am so I'm thinking it could be to do with this. Dont know. Its pissing me off though
>>74617023Have you tried going back to bed
Not enough but also too many
>>74615414I have been bad lately and usually stay up until 12 to 1, then wake up around 9 to 10. I definitely felt peak waking up earlier rather then later. But I do enjoy staying up late. So its been a mixed bag. Sleep wise I feel fine unless I wake up before 8 OR go to bed later then 1:30ish.
5 if i have to go from an evening to a morning shift
11 hours a night
>>7461541410 yesterday8 most days
I lay in bed for 9 hours but I get like 2-3h deep sleep and the 5h half asleep. It's not healthy
enough to get me by
I don't even know anymore. I keep waking up an hour, hour and a half, or 2 hours earlier than I set my alarm for. I did an at home sleep study and they said I might have mild sleep apnea, so I have to get an in person one done but its at the end of the month.
